In unusual times, shipping becomes somewhat unpredictable. We typically ship your order within 2 days via USPS Priority Mail unless you specify another carrier. It may take longer than the normal 3-4 days.
We ALWAYS email tracking information* so you can go on-line and get a sense of when to expect delivery. If you do not see an email from us, check your email spam or junk file. If you can’t find it, email us and we will respond, or, as a last resort, call us. 800.766.4544.
You have the responsibility to know when a package is scheduled to arrive.
We highly recommend that you let us ship your package “Signature Required” (at no extra charge) to protect you against theft as the package will not be left unattended. If you want us not to require a signature, in the Order Notes box, put in OK to leave or something to that effect. Thanks!
We insure shipments, but that only covers both of us if it does not get delivered. If you declined the “Signature Required” service, and the carrier leaves it on your porch, and you can’t find it, the carrier will not reimburse you and neither will Elixa. We only guarantee delivery, not what happens to packages left unattended.
